In the first quarter of 2025, the casual gaming market on iOS in Finland showed diverse trends across the top-performing apps. According to Sensor Tower, here’s a look at how these apps fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

Township from Playrix had a fluctuating revenue trend, starting the quarter at around $4.4K and peaking at $5.9K in early March. Weekly downloads began at 3.2K, experiencing a gradual decline throughout the quarter to end at under 1K. Active users remained relatively stable, averaging around 11K.

Veikkaus, a local favorite, maintained a steady download rate, averaging about 1.3K weekly. The app saw a significant increase in active users, starting at 70.7K and peaking at 86K in March.

Hay Day from Supercell enjoyed a strong revenue performance, starting the quarter at $17.7K and reaching nearly $17.9K by the end. Weekly downloads remained consistent at around 1.1K, with active users growing from 28.2K to over 40.7K.

8 Ball Pool™ by Miniclip.com saw a varied revenue trend, with a high of $2.3K in early January and a low of $1.3K in March. Downloads peaked at 1.3K mid-quarter, but declined to 350 by the end. Active users started at 9.1K, decreasing to 5.8K over the period.

Finally, Subway Surfers from Sybo Games displayed a relatively stable performance. Although revenue remained low, peaking at $180, downloads and active users showed minor fluctuations, with downloads peaking at 1.1K and active users hovering around 11K.
